Can I upload my files into a specific folder within my case?
Yes. When uploading files or documents you have the option to choose where you upload your documents. Although the ‘Storage Area’ is selected by default, you can upload your documents directly into any folder within the Storage or Work Area. So let’s see how it’s done…
- Select the ‘Upload’ button. Once this is clicked a window will appear
- Within the ‘Choose an upload location’, choose from the dropdown list where you want to upload your documents.
- Once this is selected, select the ‘Choose Documents to Upload’. This will upload documents directly into the relevant folder or section.
Top Tip! This is great if you are adding documents at the last minute or if you want to eliminate moving documents from the Storage Area to the Work Area. This helps save time as you can move files to exactly where you want them placed.
