Vicky brings over 25 years of experience in the software and IT sectors, primarily in customer support roles within PMS and Technical Support teams and in leading customer service operations. She has also held senior Service Delivery roles, supporting customers across cloud and on-premise environments. This experience equips her to help Bundledocs’ clients maximise the value of the platform, strengthen long-term relationships and ensure consistently high levels of satisfaction and retention.
