1. Worldwide Release of Bundledocs All Devices

2. Unique Approach to OCR

Ensure your bundle is fully text searchable with our powerful OCR feature. Check out our post 'Can I OCR my Electronic Binder in Bundledocs? '. This takes you through the 3 steps to OCR your bundle using Bundledocs. 

Did you know, Bundledocs have developed a unique and powerful approach to OCR. How does it work? The moment you upload a document into Bundledocs, it is automatically sent to the OCR queue. This is a great time saver if you build your bundles up over time, as it means your documents will be already OCR'd when it comes time to generate your final bundle. Bundledocs does the hard work, so you don't have to!

 

3. Handle Late Inserts with Ease

We've all been there, you have completed your bundle and shared it with everyone - only to find that documents need to be added at the last minute. What you need is a solution that allows you electronically add 'Late Insert' documents whilst not affecting the current index and page numbering already in place. That's where Bundledocs comes in.

4. Print Single or Double Sided

One of the great things about Bundledocs is it's not just for those wishing to make a move towards a paperless office. You choose how you want to present your bundle - whether as an electronic bundle or a printed hard-copy bundle. 

Depending on your court requirements, you may be required to prepare your final bundle for either single or double sided printing. By default, Bundledocs prepares all bundles for single sided printing. However, you can easily change to print double-sided, if you want.

5. Generate your Bundle in a Zip File

If you need to securely share your bundle and case documents with others, then you're in luck. We have just the solution for you. 

Our 'Generate as Source Zip' feature allows you to create a zip file for your bundle. It contains not only your completed PDF bundle but also all associated documents in their original format. 6. Securely Share Bundles

2017 was certainly a busy year for everyone at Bundledocs. Not only did we add a wide range of great new features, we also expanded our integration partners, customers and even our team! Although it was hard to narrow it down to just a few, we have compiled a list of our Top 5 Highlights of 2017.

Event Time! Successful Showcases in London

Through-out 2017 Bundledocs were delighted to showcase and sponsor a number of leading Legal Tech events in London. We kicked off the year as sponsors of the British Legal Technology Forum. This was an event not be missed and as the 2017 Delegate Bag Sponsor, it was great to see so many Bundledocs Bags throughout the event... and even through the streets of London!

We didn't stop there. Bundledocs were delighted to link up with our partners iManage to exhibit at ConnectLive2017 in London. Our team were on-hand to showcase our seamless integration with iManage FileSite and DeskSite and demo just how easy it is to prepare professional electronic binders in minutes.

We capped off the year at the London Law Expo in London. This year's event was bigger and better with the amalgamation of The London Law Expo and The European Legal Security Forum. Our team were delighted to catch up with many of our happy customers - as well as meet some new faces. 

Big thanks to everyone who stopped by and we look forward to meeting again in 2018!

 

Bundledocs Continue Growth - Announce New Sales Director & New London Office

2017 certainly was a busy one for everyone at Bundledocs. With our continued rapid growth, in September we expanded our team once again with the appointment of Matt Breen as our new Head of Sales. In this newly created role, Matt will be responsible for spearheading our sales and global partner networks.

In 2017 Bundledocs were delighted to be accepted as a UK Government Digital Marketplace supplier under the new G-Cloud 9 framework. This is the second time Bundledocs have applied to the framework (we were already a G-Cloud 7 approved supplier) so we were thrilled to be accepted once again.

Q&A: Can I set a timezone for my Bundledocs account?

Recently our support team received a request asking if it was possible to change the timezone on their Bundledocs account? Yes, it is. Keep reading to discover how.

Before we jump in, you may be wondering why you would need to change the timezone for your account? In short, this is really useful for anyone that uses the automatically generated title page in your bundle (so you don't upload your own). Depending on when you generate the bundle, you will want to ensure the date stamp is correct. Setting the timezone will do this for you.

With our clients located all over the world - across the EMEA, APAC, Americas and beyond - setting the timezone is great. Let's take a look at how this can be done now...

 

How do I set a timezone in Bundledocs?

1. Select your email in the top right corner and from the dropdown choose 'Account Settings'. 

2. Within the 'Personal' area, simply choose your timezone from drop-down. 

3. Click 'Update' to save changes.
