We’ve all been there. You’ve hit generate only to discover you weren’t quite ready. No need to worry, it’s simple to stop your bundle generating. Let us show you how.

Before we jump into how you can stop your bundle being generated, let’s cover a few of the basics…

What does it mean to generate your bundle? Bundledocs will revolutionise how you create bundles. When you generate your bundle, Bundledocs automatically merges all your documents into one single PDF file. It instantly creates an index page that lists all your sections, sub-sections and documents. It numbers everything, hyperlinks your complete index and adds bookmarks too. Amazing right?

Is it complicated? How do I generate a Bundle? It’s incredibly simple - just click one button!

Why would I need to stop a bundle generating? In most cases you won’t need to. However, if you’re creating and working on large complex bundles, this feature can come in handy. So if you ever have a time when you’ve hit generate only to discover that you weren’t quite ready yet - this will work great.

How Do I Stop a Bundle Generating?

So you’ve hit generate but have discovered you need to make another couple of changes. Don’t fret, simply follow these steps to stop the process.

 

Step One: Select the ‘Save’ drop-down, as shown above.

Step Two: Click ‘Cancel Generating‘.

 

Yes, that’s really it. Now you’ve stopped the generating process, you’re free to make any changes you need. Perhaps re-order, change your index, remove that watermark - whatever it is, it’s always simple with Bundledocs!

Get Ready for the Future of Litigation

This event is a must for any Litigation Lawyers. On the day you will have a chance to hear lectures from those already involved in paperless litigation and see what the Irish courts will soon become.

The Honourable Mr Justice Michael MacGrath, Judge of the High Court will open the event which will cover everything from eFiling, eService, eFile Management and eBriefing. The event will also include a live courtroom demonstration of eCourt - which was previously piloted in the paperless Supreme Court case of Lannigan v. Barry [2016].

Frank Lanigan, Chairman of Bundledocs and a former council member and Chairman of the Irish Law Society Technology Committee, will host a session on Electronic Brief Building.

Bundledocs is an Approved UK Government G-Cloud 10 Provider

Great News! We’re delighted to have been selected as an approved court bundle software provider in the UK Gov G-Cloud Framework.

If you’ve not heard of the G-Cloud framework before - it’s a UK Government initiative to help UK public sector bodies easily research and procure cloud solutions. We’ve been selected as an approved supplier over the last number of frameworks and are thrilled to have been approved once again.

Late Inserts Just Got Better

As you may be aware, Bundledocs have developed a unique and powerful feature that we like to call - Late Inserts. This works great at times where your don’t want to disrupt the existing index page and page numbering. With Late Inserts you can then add alternative numbering sequence to your bundle and Bundledocs will automatically update your index page and page numbers.

In our latest release, we’ve made our late inserts feature even better. It’s now possible to make your late inserts either alphabetical or numerical. Customising your bundle to match court requirements or practice house styles is now simple.
