Event Time at iManage ConnectLive 2017

In June, the Bundledocs team hit the road again. This time it was back to London for iManage ConnectLive2017. As iManage partners we were delighted to be amoungst the select partners showcasing in London and it certainly was an event not to be missed. Over the course of the two days the Bundledocs team were busy showing not only what Bundledocs can do but also our seamless integration with iManage.

We're G-Cloud Approved (once again!) 

If you missed the announcement, Bundledocs were delighted to be accepted as a UK Government Digital Marketplace supplier under the new G-Cloud 9 framework. This is the second time Bundledocs have applied to the framework (we were already a G-Cloud 7 approved supplier) so we were thrilled to be accepted once again. 

If you have not heard of the Digital Marketplace before, it is an initiative from the UK Government to allow any public sector bodies to evaluate and purchase cloud solutions - whether they are IaaS, PaaS, SaaS or SCS - really whatever cloud solution you may need.

Everyone Say Hello! to the New Bundledocs 

As many of you are aware by now, a few years back we launched our responsive and mobile friendly version of Bundledocs - better known as 'Bundledocs All Devices'. This is great for our busy customers on the go as it means Bundledocs works and looks the same regardless of where they are or what device they are using (it could be a laptop, iPad, tablet or even phone).

Since its launch, most of our customers have made the switch and love it as it works just the same. (Don't believe us? Get in touch and our team can talk you through it.) Last month the Bundledocs team were excited to announce that moving forward we will be developing all future releases on this version. So on July 31st everyone will be automatically moved to the latest version but if you prefer you can even make the switch today!

Create bundles directly from iManage. Bundles will automatically pull in folders, sub-folders and documents you have contained within your Workspace. With just a few clicks you can replicate your complete Workspace into a Bundledocs bundle.

 

 

Effortlessly Upload Any Document

Quickly add single or multiple documents directly into Bundledocs. To upload, simply choose your documents, your bundle and your section. From there you can create the perfect bundle.

 

 

Download your Bundles within iManage

With our seamless integration you can save your completed bundles back into iManage. No need to leave. Simply right click on your folder and profile your bundle to save. It really is that simple!

Get Familiar with Bundledocs New Design

If you missed our recent post, Bundledocs announced that moving forward (from July 31st 2017) we will be developing all future releases on our modern and mobile-friendly version of Bundledocs - Bundledocs All Devices. 

This is an exciting time for Bundledocs and the move will ensure that, for our customers, Bundledocs will work the same regardless of what device you are using - whether this is your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. 

Many of our users have already made the switch but for anyone that is unfamiliar with our responsive design, there is no need to worry. It still contains all the same features you know and love. 

To help make the transition as seamless as possible, we have detailed what you need to know when moving to the latest version. As always, if you have any questions our team are here to help!

Preview your document in Bundledocs

To preview any document in Bundledocs, simply select the preview icon (as highlighted). This is located to the left of any document uploaded. Once selected, a window will immediately appear allowing you to quickly and easily view your document. This is great when working collaboratively on your bundle with colleagues or even outside counsel. 

 

Move a single document 

With Bundledocs you can easily arrange and re-arrange your documents by simply dragging and dropping files. To move a single document, select the file type icon, for example the PDF icon. Then drag into the correct position. Check out our 'How can I put my bundle in order in Bundledocs' post for more. 

 

 

Move multiple documents at once

With the latest version of Bundedocs you also have the option to move multiple files at once. You choose the order in which you want to move your files. Then with our drag/drop place them where you want.

The New Bundledocs Design is Coming July 31st

As you may be aware, we have a modern, responsive and mobile friendly version of Bundledocs ('Bundledocs All Devices'). With most of our users having already made the switch, we are excited to announce that moving forward we will be developing all future releases on this version. 

From July 31st 2017, we will be moving all our customers over to the latest version of Bundledocs. You don't need to make any changes on your side as everyone will be automatically moved on this date.

For those that can't wait until then you can make the switch today. It's simple. Here's how...

1. Access Bundledocs via login.bundledocs.com.

2. Choose 'All Devices'. 

3. Login to Bundledocs using your username and password.

That's it! You have successfully made the switch to the latest version of Bundledocs. Now Bundledocs will have the same look and feel regardless of what device you use, whether this is a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
